Hi all, this is my first personal project. This is base on a real existing bookstore, Francois Jousseaume's Bookshop, which located in France. I never went there, so the reconstruction is mostly based on some google images and my imagination. I come across one of their bookstore images online and I fell in love with it, so I decided to make it in 3D.
The chair is from 3dmodelhaven, thank you for the nice model and the texture! (I will change it to my own one once is done soon). The outdoor foliage and the texture are mainly from Quixel Bridge :) The music is from Arn Andersson, Sad Epic Emotional Music - Farewell Life (really beautiful music).
Other than that, all the model are made and texturing by me ;) The wooden texture is made by substance designer. I started this mini project in the middle of January and it took me around 2 months of free time (I am a full-time graphic designer, yes 2D graphic designer haha). I will post some detailed shooting of the assets I made in the next post.
I used Autodesk Maya to model, Substance designer as well as substance painter for the texturing. Unreal Engine 4.25 for the lighting and rendering. Photoshop and after effect for the adjustment and adding audio for the video.
Thank you for reading all the way here, wish you have a nice day!! :)
